With the sad news about Jeff Bridges breaking this week, the guys decide to crack a few brews in honor of the dude and rate their beers on The Big Lebowski scale. Scott cracks some Juicy Bits (Weldwerks Brewing), Drew drinks some Kinetic Kush (Bare Bottle Brew Co.), and Mike has some Lost Paradise (Platt Park Brewing Co.).
On Deck: Drew breaks down an NHL prospect having to sell his car to pay a fine. Mike talks about Odell Beckham getting banned from LSU and having a mutual respect with COVID. And Scott talks about Rick Pitino using COVID as an ally in recruiting.
Good Call/Bad Call: Brand new segment where the guys present situations (sports related or pop culture) and then debate whether it’s a good call or a bad call. The guys cover off on Animaniac’s coming back, Stan Van Gundy getting hired, and not being able to wait until your work Zoom call is done.
Would You Rather: The guys open it up to the Facebook group, and the group delivers with some fantastic Would You Rather questions. The guys cover everything from how Trevor Lawrence should handle his future, to how they would react to getting picked up by a network, to fighting a Shaq sized Peter Dinklage or 10 Peter Dinklage sized Shaqs.
Lock it In: After an 0-3 week last week, the guys bounced back with a 3-0 week this week, with the Steelers, Chiefs, and Bama all delivering wins for the guys. This week, it’s an all B1G slate, with the guys picking Nebraska at Ohio State, Penn State at Indiana, and Michigan at Minnesota.
Nap Time: Mike tries to talk about the new set golfers replacing Tiger for The Match III and Xavier grad Jason Kokrak getting his first PGA tour win, but Scott and Drew refuse to let that happen.
Stick to Sports: Is there a curse of Mookie about to hit he Dodgers. Plus, will the Pac-12 make the playoffs?
