What a Wild Legal Tampering Period

What a Wild Legal Tampering Period

The NFL Legal Tampering Window did not disappoint this year, with big names on the move. The fellas talk about Russ to Pittsburgh, Jameis to Cleveland, Derrick Henry to Baltimore, Cousins going to Atlanta, Ekeler to the Commies, and Saquon to the Eagles. Plus the guys get into the Saquon/Tiki Barber beef.

The NFL talk takes a back seat to one of the weirdest and most hilarious segments in show history after the fellas bring back the conspiracy theory of the Niners just getting minority coaches promoted so they can stock up 3rd round picks.

The fellas switch to basketball, and talk about March Madness expanding as a way to fend off new tournaments popping up with NIL money attached. The guys talk about these unique ways that companies might utilize NIL with the Player’s Era Tournament and the story about Fox looking to offer Caitlin Clark a deal to get her to come back to school next year to help with ratings.

The guys talk the LSU/SC fight, Kim Mulkey’s wardrobe, and the Utah State women’s coach getting fired right before coming out to do a presser.

The topic shifts to the Oakland student section pulling out all the stops to distract the opposing team from their free-throws including kids waxing each other’s nipples and a kid getting tattooed in the stands.

The fellas discuss the recent TikTok trend where kids are trashing 80s and 90s basketball.

In overtime, Mike tells Mookie about the Marlins bringing that WBC energy to LoanDepot this year, allowing fans to bring in flags and instruments to the stadium. And Mike and Scott laugh at Angel Hernandez tossing Lance Lynn from a Spring Training game twice.
